My initial contact with the office was handled by Jose. A true professional. He took all my information, and Sam, the owner, was out the next day. Sam is a very knowledgeable person, who takes pride in his work. This is evident by watching the quality of people on his team. He also gave me names and contact numbers for each phase of the job. Rima worked with me and kept me updated on the permit and scheduling phase; another wonderful person to work with. Sam built his crew around quality, with respectful, hardworking people. After a long wait for metal roofing to become available, my roof is finally complete. The crew that came out was extremely hardworking and efficient. Luis went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The roof looks incredible and all the replacement wood was professionally replaced and I am ecstatic. Sam followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the job. 10/10
